The methods human beings use in this internet site to discredit human beings's perception is lots from Christlike. it is likewise a procedures from adulthood. If somebody says "that's a cult because of the fact that's no longer a considerable flow faith", or another faulty reason, they are in basic terms reflecting the mentality of people who rejected Jesus and his followers interior the 1st century. those early Christians have been the minority, and have been stated as a sect which at that element had a similar unfavorable connotation because of the fact the word cult. They have been additionally falsely accused many situations. Jesus warned his disciples that they could be no part of the international and hated via the international. you will no longer be able to get surpassed the certainty that this became prophesied. consequently in certainty it could be a mark of authentic Christianity. however the fundies that are the main reprehensible are so a procedures from what Christian skill. If somebody spends time in this internet site utilising fake propaganda and slander they are so a procedures faraway from what the Bible says; which condemns such movements, God under no circumstances approves of such despicable methods. How dare they use the Bible as an excuse! those very ones would be rejected via Christ for his or her lawless deeds!!! human beings misuse the Bible as an excuse to hate!

Well I'd still say Buddhism, cos when you are in it , it looks, feels and sounds like a religion. Of course you are right in a way, as there is no God in Buddhism, but it is not atheist either, more your sexed up agnostic sort of approach. Otherwise it has to be the Flying Spaghetti Monster for me!
Parmesan be upon you.

Sure there are. Some of the pagan religions (wicca, for example) are quite fun! Most pagan spiritualities (paganism is not a religion in and of itself, and many of the paths in paganism aren't a religion, precisely, either - that is, they're not as concrete or structured as most 'religions' are) are very fun.

But maybe you'd call those a way of life, too?

Not really. All have rules about how to live your life. I suppose that is one of the main reasons for having religion. You could always start your own one though. In the eyes of the law if you have a minimum of ten followers then you can class you self as a religious entity. This allows you to have tax excempt status in the UK and a few other perks beside. Of course you would have to have a few rules but you could always fit them round your lifestyle.

If a man looks after the faults of others, and is always inclined to be offended, his own passions will grow, and he is far from the destruction of passions.

If you act foolishly on Yahoo Answers then people do not have to judge you for being a fool as you already make it evident.

I do not live under countless rules as my own Bible trained consciousness mold the way of life I need to follow and I have succeeded because of it. The laws are Jehovah are not burdensome but a delight.

Would it still be a religion if it didn't have endless judging and rules.

I'm a baptist and their is no judging because the word of God says that if how I judge others is how God will judge me. If your not a believer then you can't understand, but it was after I got saved that I was truly free, not while I was living for the world. I have more fun now then I ever had before. Try Jesus and if you dont like Him, the devil will always take you back.

the misknowmer that Christianity isnt fun is foolish. Jesus promised joy and renewal. this mean all the fleshly stuff we used to do that brought temporal "happiness" are replaced by joy eternal. fun is not removed from the scene...just the actions behind it.....in the end....all the fun there may be in sin doesnt compare to the eternal joy of being with the creator...the Father in heaven. the judging is not part of Gods plan...it is however part of human nature that will, under submission to God be removed.....and the endless rules are not as endless as it appears....the simplicity is to love God with all your heart, soul and mind....the rest comes naturally.....
