i want to know how to structure a study plan?

not exactuly sure what you mean,,,,, a study plan for yourself, or one for a class,
either way,,, you need to take the subject or subjects to be studied,,,,,, break them down into the categories you need to learn,,,,,, and what you need to cover in each category,,, then set a time frame for studying each section and reviewing,,,,,
so you decide what you are going to learn, then what you need to learn it,, then make a chart of times and things to study,,,,activities such as reading, research, practice problems,relevant word list, review,,,,
your plan will list days, and amount of time devoted to each activity,,,,
if you are working with several subjects, make a folder for each one, put all materials in it,,, and a checklist of things to study,,,,, a plan for each subject,, then work that plan into your master plan/chart
