Tiny is a problem, but not one that can't be overcome.
Hardness is a more important issue. Thank goodness for viagra so if theres a problem there, it can be overcome, as well!

The smaller the better and yes the threshold is pretty important if I have said it once I have said it a thousand times I cant stand a wimpy threshold.

In some cases it does. When you're in love with someone and they know how to make you climax then obviously it doesn't matter. When you're intimate with someone who's not so important then size does matter. Remember...not all women have orgasms and it's a lot harder for us to climax than men so in that case...the bigger the better.

What size?
The size of your purse- yes, it does. We all love money.
The size of your belly- yes....we dont like potbellied men.
The size of your house-yes...bigger the better. Same with size of car.
The size of your body- yes...we dont like obese men.
Size of your family...can be a problem sometimes.
Size of your ****....yes, it does but if the sizes of all other things listed above are OK...its a threshold thing.

it depends... if its just like a one night stand then yes it does kind of matter but if it's se.x in a meaninful loving relationship then for me it doesn't at all... although way too big or way too small would bother me but i wouldn't brake up with someone over it, we'd just find other ways to have fun ; )
