If your sitting up,try laying down,do not hold ejaculation in let it flow.Too much build up of chemicals can cause pain anywhere. But if your already doing all above,my advice is to see a doctor it might not be related but it can't hurt to know.

Work out and strengthen your lower back, do it in a better position.
Pills are not the solution.

there are no tablets unless u use muscle relaxers which i dont think should be the best just for ur occasion. wut i do suggest is putting pills under ur lower back and slightly lay on one of ur sides.
