Just be kind and understanding with him/her. Be there for him/her when no one else does. Unconditional love always wins many hearts!
But love shouldn't be like 'winning' though...If not,it would seem fake.

You cannot make someone fall in love with you. Either they will, or they won't. You always should be yourself.....don't act different around that person to impress them. If you do, when they get to know the REAL you, they might just change their mind.

when you find that right girl you wont need to win it., but its kinda weird how only the women are trying to tell you specific ways of winning her heart. Curious.

winning someones heart woudl take time, so you need to be patient of when will it happen,
