Apart from seeing a doctor, why don't you, Young Lady, start eating Calcium supplements and eating lots of yoghurt?
Only 1% Calcium is in your blood; 99% is in the bones. But---
Lowering of Calcium levels in your blood stream can cause problems you have just described. You may also have the shakes, and cause problems in nerve transmission.
Milk and Yoghurt will do wonders!
Eat a lot of Green Salads, cucumber, and spinach too.

it sounds like you may have vertigo, which is a spinning sensation, a little different from dizziness. i have it and it comes and goes . do some research on vertigo, and see if you have the symptoms. it is usually treatable, if it is vertigo, and not dangerous. to be sure see your doctor have your blood sugar tested and anything else the doctor thinks may be necessary good luck

It could be a simple thing like not eating right, not sleeping enough, or not getting enough of a particular vitamin/mineral. You need to get it checked out.

Take a sweet. If it helps, then your sugar level could be low. Visit a doctor.

Yes, this could be serious so I would recommend that you see your dr to have this evaluated to see what could be going on.
