Right now im open to any tips so I just dont think of sex and so that wont happen.

Ive looked up everything about this. Im told it takes 2 days even up to 2 weeks to get a erection after masturbation. But that dosnt work. So I tried not masturbating for a month. That didnt work. I dont know what to do at this point.

You wrote "Ive looked up everything about this. Im told it takes 2 days even up to 2 weeks to get a erection after masturbation." I don't know where you get your information but that simply isn't true. There is nothing wrong with masturbation so long as you don't rub the skin off your shmeckie in the process. The major objection to it is usually because of religious dogma. If you are trying to respect your girlfriend's wishes and not have sex, masturbating is a perfectly reasonable, normal and very popular option.

You need to change your precption about it. I know your ether extremely curious because you've never had it that much, or your feeling neglected because other people get to enjoy it. If not that, then your just bad at controlling yourself. Its up to you to feel what you feel about who you feel for. Yes your going to get extremely tense about it, but you can channel that into other areas. Your just not going to be able to do that well if you don't have a good relationship with yourself (outside of masterbating). Read some books, do some excersise, and try not to let her put you into positions that make it hard for you to tolerate. Let her know that you feel about this and find some other things to do together. The fact is she shouldn't just want to sit on your lap like that... theres something a little immature about that. Espacially if she doesn't understand how it makes you feel... ether way this sounds like a starter relationship anyways, so best of luck, communication is the key.
