See a doc. Also remember to take a lot of vitamin C foods, especially gooseberries and bananas. They help to avoid this condition in the future. Lack of vitamin C causes scurvy, which leads to the bleeding of gums. Take care.

Bleeding of the gums is a sign of gum disease.

Ask your dentist about it at your next check-up and remember to brush and floss after every meal.

Take a really healthy Multi vitamin, you are short on vitamins from food.

Mouth wash and brush with Hydrogen Peroxide. It will do wonders to heal your gums. Get it at the drug store, if you do not have it. $1.00 for a quart.

Just take a swig and gently brush and swish with it regularly, like morning and night. Or more often if you need to.

Do you regularly take ibuprofen? I find that my gums bleed when I take this and when I looked on the packaging it is stated as a possible side effect.
