look, if i were you i wouldn't do that stuff. go to a nutricionist which is way much better. my sister used to be very very skinny and then she tried to do all sorts of stuff to get bigger. after a while she made it, but a couple of years later she's started to get bigger and bigger...now she wants to lose weight again 'cause she got big (not too much thogh but she is overweight)
so watch out, specially nowadays that being big is not very flattering

Go 2 the gym and put on some muscle.
That will help.
But also remember to eat alot of carbohydrates such as pasta and potatoes.

wat u can do its say u ate dinner make sure u eat 2 plates.aftawards wait 20mins and eat some vegetables or fruit.then eat some more junk food.
