Crush a garlic clove with approximately 200grams of dry bread crumbs. Add salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, a pinch of fresh/dried sage, oregano or thyme.

Take a punnet of button mushrooms or sliced larger mushrooms. Dip each mushroom in a beaten egg. Next coat in flour, next roll in breadcrumbs. Coat well.

Deepfry mushrooms until golden.

Marinate mushrooms in Italian dressing. Mix panko bread crumbs with parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Drain dressing off of mushrooms and roll in panko mixture. Heat oil and put several mushrooms in at a time. Do not overload your pan or the temperature of the oil will drop and your mushrooms will be soggy.
