I find them unattractive to look at, unsanitary and distracting when talking to people.

I have snakebites, and I used to have a monroe.
I personally love lip piercing. Though most people find them disgusting or whatever. I don't care.
I rate them a 10.
as long as you get them done by professionals.
piercing anything yourself is stupid and dangerous and most of the time you can tell and it looks like crap. :]
OOOOH and
once it's there it doesn't 'gotta stay'
you can take it out whenever. and let it heal over
however long that takes depends on how long you had it in.
badda bingg.
&& lol @ them making you look emo.
emo is a genre of music. silly people

I'd rate it a 10, however- if it's a lip ring, it depends more because lip rings, in my opinion, look faaaar better on someone with fuller lips.

i dnt really like lip piercings(4 rating)...bt belly button piercings are the hottest(10 rating)!=p

I think they're awesome. If I was allowed to get one I would. But I have a job so I can't dang it! :( I give them a 9/10

why don't change it to Moron from 1 to 10, it's 10. why would anyone pierce their lips?Wouldn't it be an annoyance to the lip?

personally ... I think you have to have the lips for it.
skanky girls look horrible with a lip piercing.
people that pierce the lip are most likely the bottom of the barrel slugs.
Trying to make a statement and end up looking like fools.
They crack me up.

Yes, i agree, they do look trashy & emo..
a hole on ur lip, ewww, that just messed it up
your lip isnt a wall for you to be putting wholes in it
but i respect other answer's opinions who seen to like them
if you really want it done then go ahead but once its there
its gotta stay.. =)

Definitely 0. They're horrid.
Actually I'll give them a 1 as you can remove them and have the hole close up. I'll reserve 0 for tattoo's
