Of course first of all there's the common sense approach which is to have regular bedtimes and getting into a "winding down" routine before going to bed.
Try winding down, by gradually dimming or switching off lights as the evening goes on, don't get into any animated discussions or arguments or major decision making after 9pm if that’s possible.
Also avoid exercise within 3 hours of bedtime, as it increases hormones, body temperature and alertness, which thwart attempts to sleep and can cause insomnia.
Do something relaxing like watching TV or reading or listening to soft music before going to sleep.
Other common sense things to do are having a relaxing bath before bed, maybe with some essential oils and, or, having a warm milky drink.
I also take some Valerian tincture in some water and an l-theanine capsule before sleeping and if I'm particularly stressed, I take an extra l-theanine capsule earlier in the evening.
Melatonin is a useful adjunct too, but I usually avoid taking it unless I really need it if I can, simply because it is a hormone

have u tried a hott shower/bath to relax, limit ur caffiene through out the day, maybe sum relaxing music, maybe sum warm milk its a few ideas dont hurt to try

yes , you sleep alto during day , then cant sleep at night.
or have very nice drink of yogurt mix it with water , and drink it an hour befor you sleep ,
