Happy Birthday by itself is 'Feliz Cumpleaños', where the 'ñ' sounds like 'ny' or the 'gn' in lasagne. The song 'Happy Birthday', however, is as follows:
"Cumpleaños feliz,
te deseamos a ti
Cumpleaños, [name],
Cumpleaños feliz."
You can also just say 'felicidades', if you want (congratulations).

"feliz cumpleaños" - although in the Spanish version of the popular song "Happy Birthday to You" it appears as "cumpleaños feliz"
