If I walk at 4.5 miles per hour on a treadmill 5 days a week, do weight training for an hour, only eat chicken breast, fruits and veggies, and brown rice, how much weight do you think i can lose?

I'm 5'6" and weight 170.

A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
It sounds like you're not eating enough. When you don't consume enough calories, your body can go into starvation mode. When your body goes into starvation mode, it will stall or prevent weight loss. So, you should really eat more foods...and keep track of your calories.

Your workouts sound ok. Just be sure not to overdo it!

170 pounds then...

No, really though your amount of weight loss depends on a lot more than just what you are eating and exercise. Your body will eventually hit a plateau in weight loss (usually around where your natural body weight is) and losing weight will slow down quite a bit.

I would advise you not to push yourself past that point. Other than that, the amount of weight loss you'll experience will also depend on serving sizes and how long you are on your program.
