If I must take aspirin (I don't because of the pain medicine I'm on) and it says to take 2 I only take one because if I take 2 it's too strong for me.
I did the same thing when I one time had to take a regular Tylenol because I knew that taking two would be too strong for me.

I take only one but I take Mapa or Tylenol which is 2 pills a day.... if I am super sick, i would take 2 pills which is rare occassions.

My friend is a nurse, and she says that you can actually take up to 4.

depends on what im taking it for. I usually take at least 3, same with tylenol, advil etc.. that way i know it will help.

it says one to two tablets. depending how severe it is. yes usually one does the trick, but sometimes not even two do the trck.

if one is enough, then take only one
but as a general rule you should always follow dosage instructions unless otherwise specified by your doctor
