There is no logical explination. Illeagal "fence jumping" is bleeding this country to death. Increased violent crimes, Drug trafficing, School systems that can't handle the population, Emergency rooms that are treating these people because they are not allowed to turn them away, Millions of dollars in police overtime tracking fake names. We are in serious trouble if we don't fix this problem. Go to www.smalltowndefenders.com

We should simply adopt Mexico's boarder policy and everything would be fine. When they catch Guatemalans jumping their Southern boarder, they shoot them on site.

The best part is that the mexican community has been fed all this BS from their government telling them that they are repatriating old part of Old Mexico that was stolen by the white man. So they are entitled to come here and take what we have worked so hard to build.

Mexico sucks. That is why their people are fleeing in droves. However the people leaving are different from nearly every other group here in that they are prouder of their native heritage than their new american culture.

They have already started to make the USA more like Mexico, & the sad thing is we the people haven't taken a stand and said "NO!" yet.

Personally I say turn the southern boarder into a DMZ. Then offer a bounty on any illegal resident brought to the Southern boarder. Then the economy hurts for a few months & we announce a work visa program. Let the best and the brightest in & reject those who will not contribute (that has always been the policy, remember ellis island?).

Eventually I think mandatory English test should be required, to renew visas.

It is not helping anything at all. And it's not the worst of it. Here's a typical headline/short piece from here in Tucson, AZ:

Tucson murder
April 2nd, 2007
On March 29th, 2007 at 11:16 a.m., officers from Operations Division East responded to 911 reports of a shooting at an apartment complex in the 8400 block of E. 22nd St. Upon arrival, officers located 33-year-old Luis Rodrigo Haro-Gonzalez, a citizen of Mexico, with gunshot trauma. Mr. Haro-Gonzalez was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is continuing and more information will be released, as it becomes available. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.

And then there's that new book: Terror in America – You Are Not Safe! There's a GREAT reason to seal the borders!

Illegal immigration needs immediate attention by the govt and needs to stop. The employers should be prosecuted for hiring anyone deemed illegal. If employers were prosecuted, the problem would fix itself quickly. Turn off the reason they come to America and they will stop coming.

America is being invaded by Mexico with 15 million of it's people illegally here already. That's a pretty big occupying army and unless something is done soon, well, better start brushing up on your Spanish!!!

When they say immigrants are trying to make a living they are talking about the day laborers NOT the drug trafficers.
