You won't be able to use it as a reference, but who cares? You already got the offer. Go.

I think so, yes, but do it SOON- definitely before the company you're with spends any more time and resources training you. I would explain to them that the job offer was made after you had already been hired by them, that you are sorry, but you feel that the other job is more in your field of interest and expertise, and thank them for giving you an opportunity. If you handle it politely and graciously, there shouldn't be any hard feelings. Good luck!

I think you should resign. What's the point of staying with a job that you know you won't enjoy or going to give you the satisfaction and challenge that you crave? It may create some burnt bridges, but it's only been 3 weeks and besides, doesn't necessarily need to go on your resume.

never mind. just go ahead. The most important thing is YOU enjoy what you do. it is no point wasting your time and energy if you cannot even figure out anything good from your currently job. we dont live for job but you know, our most of the time is working. so like finding the nice bed or nice food, you should find the better place to work as well. good luck!

Resign.......But ask yourself this question:
Is it REALLY because you will enjoy the other job better than the present one??? Or is it a precedent for unstable thinking?
Good Luck

Don't think the grasses are greener over the fence because come spring they'll turned brown. It won't look good on you for sure having to resign on your 3rd week. You will need to read your employment contract if there's any penalty if you resign.

actually, you don't even have to give notice. all you have to do is tell them that you found another job that you decided would better fit your needs. there's no consequences for that... it's why most jobs have a 90-day probationary period.

if the other job is going to make you happier then go for it since you spend most of your day at work you might as well be happy
