Sit down and write down, your short-falls. Be honest. Focus on the solutions to your 'sins'. Get a note-book and jot down everything that you eat every day. Chances are this will make you think twice before putting an item in your mouth. Increase your exercise 100%. I bought a pedometer to challenge myself to walk more. Drink more water. Flushing your body releases toxins and when they leave the body so does the fat that holds them. Snack on fresh vegetables such as sweet potatoe. Rid your home of all junk food so there is no temptation at hand. Ask someone to be your accountability partner and be in touch with that person every day. Habits take 3 wks to change. A change in lifestyle will mean permanent weight loss. If you eat for emotional reasons (lonliness, hurt feelings) then those need to be addressed. Avoid drugs because you pay for them via side-effects and organ/tissue damage in the long run. Love yourself and envision your bod the way you want it to be. It's amazing what visualization can do too. Avoid thinking negative thoughts as they will stop you from reaching your goal. Meditate on "I am slender, kind and generous . . ." Only positive affirmations. This works. Watch "The Secret" movie. The attraction principle is powerful. Set realistic goals and don't sabotage! All the best to you!

None.
You have the quickest hardest or the slowest easiest.
You can't have both worlds and eat it too...
The fastest you lose 20lbs, the fastest you'll gain it back and more so what's the point? To feel thin for 5 minutes?
If you have 20lbs to lose, that means you let yourself go for a while (why didn't you do something when you were 5lbs overweight?), you don't move enough and you eat too much.
My advice is to for you to try to just not go heavier for a few weeks. Just not gaining weight can be a challenge. Focus on that before you try to lose anything.

Cut out the fat and sugar, up the fiber and start moving- faster and all the time. If you do that and don't start to lose weight, you are an exception. Or rent a two or three year old and do everything they do for a week. lol
Sorry, everyone wants to do this and yet -no one wants to do this!

Go to weightmelter.net, I'm sure that they can help you reach your goal. However, you should not be concerned about losing the weight fast, you should be more concerned about losing it safely. After saying that, weightmelter.net's weight loss programs and products will help you lose your weight in a relatively short period of time and do it safely. Good luck.

Quit trying to find an easy road. It's not quick and if it is quick you are more likely to gain it back. Eat healthy and exercise on a regular basis. It is healthy to loose 1 to 3 pounds a week. If your looking to drop pounds I would focas on cardio work-outs.

Stop eating every meal like it's your last meal and no more fast food whatsoever - especially when you keep getting supersized - LOL
