Depending on how big it is, they give it to you in installments through-out your contract. you'll receive a grand or 2 after you finish all your training and then they give it to you every 9-12 months depending on how big it is. Most the time it ends up being every 12 though.
They never explain that either. They just say you get money. Sly bastards.
