there is a 2 day rule right contact. i mean come on. you would have to be out of your mind to stalk someone for 8 yrs. what these people dont' have alife. especially when i see most of them out with other guys. what is there problem. trust me people have told me i had a telephone guy come to my house he told me they were messing with my line on the main panel. i would like to see them dead for what they did but its illegal. they should be prosicuted. invasion of privacy i don't care who they are.

People that stalk others are mentally ill and they need serious help. I would call the phone company and have them send out a different tech to look at the lines and see if anything is going on with them
