My digital camera broke ;_; Well,the power turns on but the lense is not popping out when it's supposed to....my 9 year old brother broke it when it was on the floor in my room. He stepped on it,so I'm guessing the machinery inside jammed so my question is what do i need to fix in order to for the lense to pop out as it's supposed to? I totally wanna do it myself because first,my parents is gonna yell at me for leaving my camera on the floor in the first place,and i'm only 14 so i dun want to use all of my money to fix it just for a dumb camera and i can't even buy a cheap one cuz i only have 4 bucks..lmao

juuuuuust help me i'll totally be grateful if u do...i need it to take new myspace pics....plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz?

You can't fix your camera. It's an instrument of optical precision. The best that you can do is take it to your camera's service center and have it repaired or whatever judgment they would bestow on your camera. There's nothing you can do about it, sorry. Just tell your parents the truth but tell them when they're in a very good mood!

The really bad news is, it probably isn't cost effective to have it fixed. Even if it was under warranty, the warranty doesn't cover abuse. You will have to get a new camera, more than likely.

Your tone speaks volumes about your attitude, BTW. "just a dumb camera..." If I were your parent, you would be doing without a camera for a long while. Maybe put that money into remedial grammar and spelling lessons.

There isn't anything you can do yourself it's broken. Digital cameras are way to intricate and complicated to work on yourself. Just tell your parents what happened. Sorry 'bout your luck.

i'm very sori, you cam is already defective and it is useless. lens is a very important part of a digicam and it s called a heart of image quality.

just buy another one.

save up and buy a $15 one from wal mart...your cam is broken...if someone stepped on something like that more than the lens is probly broken...
