Why couldn't you move a school or lift it off the ground even if you had a big enough lever to do so and u had all the materials and supplies for the lever?

I would say with the given information you have provided, you could in fact lift the school off the ground. I believe it was Archimedes who said "Give me a place to stand, a fulcrum and a lever long enough and I will move the world." My guess is you would have trouble with that whole place to stand thing though, as the end of the lever arm would likely be high off the ground.

With enough levers so that each did not have to carry too large a load you could lift a small single or two story building provided it was frame construction.
Lifting it would be one thing, moving it would involve supports a vehicle as wide as the building and a vehicle capable of the load.
