why not try some plain yogurt, sweetened with stevia and natural vanilla...stir in some unflavored whey protein concentrate...and then add some berries to the top. You have yourself a pretty decent breakfast in many ways, imo. And, you didn't have to cook. :) But, trust me, if you embrace cooking and then relish the taste of what you create...you can learn to love to cook. However, mornings are a bear...so even someone who likes to cook as much as I do can understand needing a quick nutritious breakfast. HTH!

The quickest easiest thing to have in the morning requires no cooking and you only dirty one cup! Pour one cup of soy milk in a blender add 3/4 cup of frozen berries and 1/2 -1 banana (frozen or not your choice) add a bit of Stevia to help regulate your blood sugar and if you like a bit of milled flaxseed. If you don't intend to eat anything else, you may need to add more fruit to get in enough carbs for a whole meal. My family prefers to have fruit smoothies such as these every morning rather than ANY thing else!

Fat free yogurt and Salt free fat free Rice Cakes
If you are trying to lose weight you really need to eat a proper meal. Part of losing weight is increasing your metabolic rate. Eating only 1 or 2 meals a day has a negative effect on metabolic rate and fat metabolism.

Yogurt is quick and super easy. But my favorite is 1/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese mixed with a single-serving diced fruit cup (make sure to get the kind that's packed in juice and not syrup). It's delicious and nutritious, but not everyone's a big fan of cottage cheese.

Protein shakes. Can buy them ready made or make your own. Excellent for energy and low in fat. Can also take them on the go.
