I like to cut a few small red potatoes into cubes, toss them in olive oil, sprinkle with herbs and bake at about 350 degrees F until they're crispy on the outside (tossing them once or twice while baking). Towards the end of the potato cooking time I scramble up two eggs, and when I take the potatoes out I pop in two pieces of whole-wheat toast (which I eat with almond butter on top). Talk about a huge breakfast that's yummy but really easy!

Go with the British Fave, Full English Breakfast.
Bacon, Baked Beans, Sausages, Fried Egg (I usually have mine nice and runny) Fried Mushrooms, Fried bread or Hot Buttered Toast. Traditionally people have Black Pudding, but I find it can be an aquired taste. Same with Tomatoes, but I do enjoy a good fried juicy one. Enjoy!

I will assume you want to stay away from eggs and bacon. One really easy thing to make is bagels (Do they have good bagels in the UK?) with cream cheese, red onion and lox. On the side have a fruit salad with yogurt dip. Another idea is to have a ton of muffins with flavored butters and cream cheese. That way you actually made something.

Quick, easy and good. Scramble some eggs, buy shredded cheese and use flour tortillas and make a quick breakfast burrito. Add a little salsa...However spicy you want it.
