If you believe Adam and Eve is only symbolic then why would we need Jesus to die for a symbolic sin?



Could this omnipotent God not think of another way of saving his only son that it had to send him down to die for some symbolic sin. An omnipotent God would be able to do anything it wants to, but yet it chooses a path in which someone must die.

how could mankind continue on with Adam and Eve having two boys. That would mean we are all byproducts of inbreds that God put on this earth. Clearly they did not have a choice if they were to continue mankind they had to through incest. I know this type of stuff was common back then, but didn't God clearly set them up. Wouldn't incest mess up your genes. How did we get people of different races?

how could mankind continue on with Adam and Eve having two boys - They had daughters. Adam and Eve were created as being genetically pure. There would not have been any adverse affects of birth defects resulting from the sons and daughters marrying each other or their cousins.

After the races were separated (at Babel), slight derivations in the genetic code were yielded resulting from regional adaptations.

Symbolic sin? there is not a symbolic sin. There is real sin.

God's plan for mankind's redemption was a complex and well planned event. Jesus filled over 100 prophecies during his life on earth. It was the path He chose and the plan He implemented.

Who said they only had two boys? Only two are talked about. But they lived hundreds of years.And since they were close to perfect they could have had several hundred children. It was thousands of years later that the gene pool was so polluted that God sad not to take close relatives for spouses.
