This is an idea that occurred to me that might relate.
God is infinitely-faceted. He may reveal Himself to you in a way that He may not reveal Himself to me or someone else. This does not make Him a different God.
Just in the same way you may not share certain parts of yourself with your parents because they may not understand, but you may show them other parts of yourself that you would never show your friends because *they* would not understand, so God shows Himself to each of us. God has many many many (infinite) sides to Himself, and just because i don't see or know the God you know, doesn't make Him a different God.
(So, yes. i think you can believe in both. God is greater than humans can comprehend. He can be anything. He can BE both.)

The demands of a religion designate a path to the creator. It is not only possible to believe in the God of another religion because they are one in the same. All religions, in some manner differ in the path to the creator but show different interpretation of the word and celebration of events but different paths. Does it really matter that you take a different road than your neighbor if you are going to the same place? If so, are you capable of taking two roads to the creator at the same time? Don't be confused by religion, establish your relationship with the creator and let him guide you down the path. It is easier and he already said let me be a light unto your path and a lamp unto your feet. I mean, what an offer and it takes all the guesswork out of it.

There is only one Ultimate Reality which most of us call God. We explain this God in different ways but it is the same God, the same Reality, because that Reality is the only Ultimate one. Since the Reality is One, it is possible to see it in different places and different beliefs. Each religion has a core that is mystical. If you talk to the mystics of each religion you will find that they find the same Truth in each other's religion and they do not argue the way you see people here doing. So to answer your question, yes.

I think that Jesus covered that pretty good. Basically, the answer to your question is, there is no other religion that Jesus wants you to be a part of. And then there is the example of the Old Testament.
It would take me a long time to show you all the times where God gets freakin' pissed at the Hebrews for worshipping other things, and false Gods. He killed many of them for it.
Here's a Specific: Hosea. It's one of the last books of the Old Testament. God tells Hosea to go marry a whore. Yup, he does. Why? Because the Israelites were worshipping other gods, gods that weren't real.
You see, God likens worshipping things other than Him with prostitution, whores. So when Jesus came He made sure that people knew that. ( Don't get me mixed up with the Fundies who call people that, I don't even call prostitutes whores-- Typically I don't like to call people derogatory names.)
Here's a specific:
Mark 12:28 One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, "Of all the commandments, which is the most important?"
29"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' 31The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'There is no commandment greater than these."
32"Well said, teacher," the man replied. "You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. 33To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices."
34When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, "You are not far from the kingdom of God." And from then on no one dared ask him any more questions.
There you are!

It is Okay to acknowledge that other religions do believe in gods other than the Christian God. It seems best for you to do some real soul searching, and see what you really believe. Research other religion. You will find the truth. It is waiting for you. Prayers for your journey. God Bless!

You will want to consider God's veiwpoint, I gather?
"You alone, Jehovah, are the God above all other gods in supreme charge of all the earth." (Psalms 83:18)
IS There Only One True God?
- Figments of the Imagination
- Jesus, the Angels, and the Devil http://watchtower.org/e/200602b/article_01.htm
God is the best one to answer the question, and this^ article is based on his Word, the Bible. Every Scripture it refers to is also a link to the very verse. So you can quickly & easily discover what he has to say about it.
Why Study the Bible?
- The Key to a Meaningful Life
- What the Fear of God Means
- Fear and Love Work Together
- Jesus was joyful in the fear of Jehovah
http://watchtower.org/library/w/2001/7/1/article_02.htm
You might also want to consider what the^ 'fear of God' mentioned in the Bible really is, as it is decidedly not a dreadful fear, but one of awe & reverence.

You cannot serve 2 masters. We are to worship One God. God is a jealous God. Either you believe The Word of God or you don't. Your choice. Also, the 1st commandment states that there shall be no other gods before me. Even tho we are no longer bound by the Law, we are still to obey The Law (10 commandments).

You can't serve two Gods. Sorry I wasn't being specific there. There is only One God and that is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the same God who brought the people out from the land of Egypt.
So, what other god are you talking about, if I may ask?

You can mix and match religions all you want, but not with Christianity. One of God's Moral Laws is "you shall have no other gods before me". It doesn't matter if that god is one from another religion or one you create in your mind. Even when Jesus said "Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."John 14:6, He made Christianity an exclusive religion, with the only way to Heaven.
In all major religions, the followers strive to rid themselves of sin through various practices. They may pray in a prescribed way, do various good works, deny themselves legitimate sexual pleasure, follow dietary restrictions, lie on beds of nails, etc. The uniqueness of Jesus is shown in His statement, "The Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins." No other religious leader has ever made this claim. Jesus Christ alone can wash away every sin anyone has ever committed, be-cause of what He did on the cross. By paying the penalty for our sin, He can release us from the torture of guilt. We cannot do anything in the way of religious works to wash away our sins. Forgiveness is a free gift of God (Ephesians 2:8,9).

Not really, as the claims of several religions are mutually exclusive. However, henotheism is a belief in one central deity that also recognizes other gods. But Christianity could not fit into this very well.
