Today i ate 1,038 calories
and burned 1,878 calories

i am 18 and 5'0 and i am 104 pounds

My muscles are really sore from the butt area and the thigh area also from the back and arms

it says how many calories consumed and how many burned fill in the stuff and its FREE!! great site really helping me get less fat

Sounds like you did very well and your weight sounds perfect, but how did you figure out how many calories you burned?

you are undereating and you dont really know how many calories you have burned, so dont say you do.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

wait a sec u answered my question saying that i should be 100 puonds , but ur 5 ft and your around 104 pounds. im around 5 ft 5- or 5 ft 6 112 pounds. hmm that dont make sense

well that is pretty good but u don't have to lose weight cause ur not that heavy. And sometimes if you keep on doing this u could get sick and die so if I were you I would do that in somedays not every single day

yea you did real good, are you on a diet? how do u know how many calories u burned?
