Something with fresh ingredients since more people are trying to eat healthy. Offer deli sandwiches and have regular, low-fat, and fat-free mayo available. Have the sandwiches pre-made to save time, but leave the sauce off and have little portion cups with lids with the different types of mayo, mustards, etc. Homemade soups, cookies, and breakfast type items depending how early you want to start your day. Muffins, bagels, breakfast cookies, breakfast burritos, etc.
