Mom's the musician, son's the preacher, his son praise and worship leader etc. do you find this to be true in your church?

In all the churches I've been to it is usually friends or family. It is called NEPOTISM......undue favour in appointing ones relatives to office.

If it's a small congregation, there may not be that many there to lead public worship, etc. Why don't you volunteer?
