Windows Movie maker ...should be on your PC comes packaged or download it from Microsoft

I find the Roxio program very good. Nero is good but a bit more complicated. I wish I could tell you it is easy, but it is not. You can contact me if you like.

I would try Photo Story 3 by Microsoft.
them burn to disc.
