I found that after I did www.greatfit.isagenix.com I didn't crave food anymore because my body received what I needed. I lost 11 pounds and almost 14" in 9 days and have kept it off for almost a year plus 5 more pounds. My friend lost 65 pounds in 4 1/2 months. My other friends that have used this tell me that they tried all kinds of diets that didn't work for them - and then this helped them lose the weight and inches they wanted to lose. It works on the inside and shows up with lost pounds and inches on the outside. I also liked the fact that it had all natural ingredients. Hope that helps.

Wish I had the secret to this, because I'm working on it, too.
I think it's really important to hold on to the fact that every time you DO remember to eat healthy you've made a positive step. When you slip, don't fall into the trap of thinking you've blown it so you might as well give up. The slips are only one less step forward, so try to focus on the positives. It really does make a difference if you think of yourself in positive terms.
Since I'm very aware that I'm a "snacker", and that often it's out of habit, not hunger, I'm trying to remember to ask myself if I'm really hungry before I eat. Doesn't always work, but I'm making some progress, and some is better than none.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

It is hard. There is no way other than to be strong. Keep some healthy snacks in your car and house. If you get the desire for something bad, grab a handful of grapes or almonds or some other healthy food that you actually enjoy. Make sure it is a healthy food you ENJOY though. Or make an encouraging sign for yourself and hang it in your kitchen and keep one in your car that says "You can do it!" or something else encouraging like that.

Thats weird but when you think you are hungry and you just ate, just drink a glass of water. It gets you full and tells your brain to shut up.

oh yeah, that was me too, back in highschool. i actually got addicted to working out when i started taking tae bo class because after 3 days of exercising i saw results, so i wanted to see more results! so i bought billy blanks tae bo work out dvd which is also very addicting because i saw another great results!
u need to find out what kind of sports you like, what kind of exercises you like, if u dont like to work out, maybe try taking classes like yoga. i started off with yoga too. and i do hot yoga 2 times a weeks to relax my muscles from doing tae bo..so i found the way FOR ME to love to exercise, maybe thats what you need! try different types of exercises that u might fall in love with. then after that, trust me, u'll start to watch what u eat!

What I do is set my mind.
Then I start.
Then I motivate myself not to stop.
After a while it becomes automatic.
The craving goes away.
Thats what I do.
