So, before it was just that i was having trouble getting my check from my previous employer before i left the state. well, the check finally came about 3 months later, and they said they would also have my W-2s to me by the 1st of february. Everytime I call them they tell me "You need to give it time, and about two weeks for them to be mailed."
Should I try calling one last time or is it too late? If they dont get here within this week would I have to report them or what? They still arent here and there's only 2 weeks left ahhhh!

Call the IRS and file a missing W-2 complaint. They'll assist you in getting your W-2 or generating alternate documentation.

You can use your last paystub and file with a Substitute W2. You can fill out a Form 4852 and include it with your 1040. It will serve as a W2. I have a link to the form below.

i think there is a site available to get any companies W-2 forms. try looking for that.

I read a flyer where ppl are asked to go to that website and find particular company and see for details over there.

I don't remeber the site address try looking for that may be u can get it
