The pickle juice wouldn't be good for you if you have high blood pressure. But, if that's not a problem, the vinegar in the juice will actually lower the glycemic index of high starchy foods, which regulates blood sugars, like putting it in potato salad or maybe on your fries.

Hello:
Please don't laugh but I have heard of people who use pickle juice in their salads such as potato salads, macaroni salads, etc,I am not kidding! I LOVE dill pickles especially the Vlasic brand of dill pickles and I honestly can't say that I keep the pickle juice because I am just interested in the dill pickles. My family has used pickle juice in recipes that call for pickles and believe it or not,it doesn't make the dish that has pickle juice in it taste bad at all!! ;-)

No. But apple cider vinaigrette is good for you. Anything good in the pickle juice would be canceled out by all the sodium and other stuff in there.( plus it gives you stinky breath)

If you have a sore throat, dill pickle juice will help cut the mucus. The only way I think it might be "harmful" is if you are not supposed to have sodium in your diet or if you get heartburn real easy.

i'm sure it's not terrible for you as long as you use it in moderation, because there is a lot of sodium in it.
