Compare and contrast Switzerland with bone fractures?

Switzerland, while somewhat painful and taking some getting used to, is way more pleasant than a bone fracture. Switzerland is visible to the naked eye, while most bone fractures can only be seen by x-ray.

On the other hand, both can be very expensive.
