Simple. Eat less and exercise more.

There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get buff for Fight Club by drinking green tea and you won’t either.

The only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn.

To lose weight, experts agree you need to exercise for at least 30 minutes at 60%-70% of your Max Heart Rate (MHR). A simple way to calculate MHR is 220 minus your age. So if you’re 45 years old, for example, your MHR would be 220-45=175. 60% of 175 is 105, and 70% of 175 is 122.5. So you should exercise daily for 30 minutes at a heart rate between 105 and 123.

You don’t need additional equipment—infomercial products like the Ab Lounger, Sauna Belt, etc. are all worthless gimmicks so don’t waste your money.

Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. If you don't wake up ravenous, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed. Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Become familiar with websites like http://chubbyloser.com that contain good information on what to eat, including supplements.

Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the belly.

Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, you need to drink more water.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Every day slowly drink more and more water day until you are up to a FULL 8 GLASSES a day. It may take1-2 weeks to adjust your system. You will loose weight. Have 1/2 the pasta and bread you normally have, cut down your butter, mayo and cheese in half. Takes about a week to get used to the lighter food. You'll feel hungry on salad and such but your not actually hungry.
Good luck.

Here's what worked for me. I lost 11 pounds and almost 14" in 9 days and have kept it off for almost a year plus 5 more pounds. My friend lost 65 pounds in 4 1/2 months. We used www.greatfit.isagenix.com. My other friends that have used this tell me that they tried all kinds of diets that didn't work for them - and then this helped them lose the weight and inches they wanted to lose. It works on the inside and shows up with lost pounds and inches on the outside. I also liked the fact that it had all natural ingredients. Hope that helps.

Eat 1,000 to 1,200 calories a day. Exercise for one to two hours a day, 7 days a week. With that you'll lose at least 8 pounds if you're overweight now. It'll be harder to lose weight if you don't have that much to lose in the first place.
