I run a lot and my BMI is currently at 19, but a lot of websites say that being around 20 or 21 is healthier and more attractive. What do you guys think?

forget the BMI, it is not used to determine how "healthy" a person is only how "unhealthy" they are, it's a big difference. the BMI is only used for determining the health risks associated with central obesity. a person can have a low BMI with a very high percentage of body fat, they are surely not healthy.

total body weight is irrelevant, it is body composition that's imporant

Probably between 19 and 22. But I heard the absolute ideal was 20.75! lol

the one you get from having a good diet and excercise plan. not what someone tells you that you should be. everyone is different and has different body densities. dont worry about the numbers, just worry about your overall health.

my opinion is that some people look absolutely disgusting if theyr'e too skinny. bones are not sexy!

I think 18 is underweight and 25 is overweight, so if you fall in that range you are good.
