Not much. With the proper diet & exercise you might be able to lose a few pounds, depending on how much fat you have.

There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get buff for Fight Club by drinking green tea and you won’t either.

The only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn.

To lose weight, experts agree you need to exercise for at least 30 minutes at 60%-70% of your Max Heart Rate (MHR). A simple way to calculate MHR is 220 minus your age. So if you’re 45 years old, for example, your MHR would be 220-45=175. 60% of 175 is 105, and 70% of 175 is 122.5. So you should exercise daily for 30 minutes at a heart rate between 105 and 123.

You don’t need additional equipment—infomercial products like the Ab Lounger, Sauna Belt, etc. are all worthless gimmicks so don’t waste your money.

Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. If you don't wake up ravenous, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed. Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Become familiar with websites like http://chubbyloser.com that contain good information on what to eat, including supplements.

Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the belly.

Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, you need to drink more water.

5 would be realistic & safe for 10 days at the most but it will be mostly just water weight.
I eat this;
2.5 servings protein,
4 veggies,
4 fruit,
4 starches (complex carbs like whole grain bread, brown rice, steel cut oatmeal)
1 fat
2 soy protein bars
8 water, more if I workout
Best to eat the complex carbs early in the day & spread your food out into 5-6 meals.
For breakfast I make a protein/fiber/fruit/kefir smoothie.
My favorite workout is bicycling.
I have lost 95 pounds on that program so far.

you could go on a fasting diet...it consists of lemonade, molasses or some kind of sweet syrup, and cayenne pepper also lots of water..something else i forget, but it is meant to cleanse the body of toxins and not to lose permanent weight. look it up by googling fad diets or fasting diets. you can probably find a recipe somewhere. but yea, 10 pounds in 10 days is not healthy at all.

95% of that will be water so the body fat is not being reduced. it takes weeks 2-3 on a good diet with sufficient calories before the metabolism shits and the body starts burning a higher than average amount of fat for use as energy. the body does not gain fat rapidly nor will it lose fat rapidly.
