Seriously i dont think i like my weight. i kno ppl are usually talkin bout how to lose weight but i need help trying to gain weight. wat foods can i eat? how often should i eat? idk can someone give me advice on wat i should do about gaining weight.. plz no negativity..

yeah u r right.
ppl are obsessed with reed thin.
but it isnt healthy.
take lots of high protien diet.
eggs , meat and butter.
oh im jealous of u , u can actually eat as much as u can.

It depends on your metabolism.

My sister had a roomie for a year or two several years ago. My sister eats 5-6 small meals a day due to a medical condition.

Her (physically active) roomie put on ten pounds of fat in 6 months, my (semi-active) sister lost 2 pounds in the same period.

As for what you should do...talk to a doctor about your metabolism, and then talk to a dietitian about how you should eat.

In any case, become physically active. Walk further (get off the bus 2 stops earlier), go for walks around the neighbourhood. If you live in an appartment, or work in an office tower, use the stairs more often. Wear small weights (5 pounds total, or each) on your ankles, and carry small weights of the same mass in your hand, swinging your arms naturally as you walk. This will cause your muscles to work harder and burn more calories.

well if you only eat 2 meals a day you should eat 3. and you should have snacks in between meals. if you are tryin 2 gain weight then like after dinner or lunch have like a piece of cake or something. but still try to have you fruit and vegetables so you are still healthy. and once you get to the weight that you want you can just limmit the junk food you have but still eat a little at a time.

if u know the difference between healthy foods and junk foods, its simple, eat healthy!
try eating 5-6 times a day, (snack size!) it works for me!

drink more than 80 ounches of water a day, and exercise!

yogurts and things with high amounts of fat but make sure that when you do gain you control what you eat or else you woasjdfhsa'

Milk shakes,there's a lot of really good protein shakes and bars.
