a good way to lose weight is to just skip for a minute continuously with no little jumps in between each skip... skipping is a cardio-vascular exercise which burns calories really quickly... just do it everyday for a few sections of a minute, let's say five times a day or something... the alternative is jogging.. that is also a cardio-vascular exercise and helps burns carbs and calories really quickly.
with exercising you have to also watch what you eat... stay away from deep fried food such as junk food, no processed food, lower carbohydrate intake, drink lots of water, don't eat when you're not hungry, and when you are hungry, don't have processed food, stick to organic products, like fruits and veggies.

it's extremely unhealthy to lose so much weight in so little time - the best thing to do is drink plenty of water, cut back on your sugars (natural and otherwise) and bulk up on fresh vegetables and lean proteins like chicken and fish - cut out white rice, pasta and bread and get good carbs from veggies like bell peppers - take a multi-vitamin daily and get in at least a 30 minute cardio workout 3 times in the week - consult with your doctor before making any drastic changes and good luck!

i actually lose 17lbs in a week.
1) eat healthy! bunch of veggies/fruits/wheat
2) drink more than 80 ounces of water a day
3) 5 days of tae bo (1hr)
4) other 2 days: hot yoga for 1hr 30mins
5) 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar in the morning/before u go to bed
6) crunches while i watch tv
been doing this for 3 weeks now, and the results are great and im really healthy!
