Well my bf tells me that he loves me but i cnt tell if hes telling me the truth cuz ive had 2 other guys lie 2 me about that b4 and i dont kno how i can trust what hes saying!

The only way to know for sure is time. If his actions are in line with what he says than you should know. For example does he spend his free time with you? Does he talk to you about your day and seem interested in what is going on with you? When your out does he look at other girls? Does he do the little things for you like bring you flowers and hold car doors open? Does he think of you before himself? You can never truly 100% know because everybody loves somebody at somepoint and disappoints them however behavior is the best predictor of the future. If his behavior now and his actions show he loves you hopefully in the future he will feel the same.
