If you feel that he's going to say something negative when you talk to him. You are wrong. When you like him, and he doesn't know it. Then he will treat you as his friend, if you're lucky or just a stranger, if he doesn't know you. But all is normal..
I know that when you like someone, its hard for you to talk to them because you're being scared, excited, and a lot of stuff and feelings at the same time. That happens to me. Just I just went talk to the person I like. Everything is fine...
Just imagine that you don't like him. Of course you can talk to him anytime, is there anything bad will happen just to talk to him?

you just have to start talking about any random thing, and then from there you will eventually have a whole conversation. You would be surprised how easy it is you are just nervous you have to relaxe and be confident.
