If a man who appeared homeless, dirty and hungry, came into your mosque, church or synagogue.
Would you kick him out ,would feed him and let him pray with you, would you call police and pray he never comes back.
Tell the truth........................He could be the Mahdi ,Jesus or the Messiah testing the validity of what you preach.

At my church, many people have come in, and we accept them. if they come to church, then obviously they are intersted, and the flesh can not shadow the soul. We have had people on drugs come in, homeless, and one person who was dressed as you described, but was really testing our faith. you have asked a question that every person should consider, and look at their own selves, and see if they really practice what they preach. Thank you! :) Of course, people are going to say, "Oh, of course we let them in, with open arms and EVERYTHING," but you and I know that some WIll lie. hyprocrites, one may say. and I am a Christian. Only God knows who is really telling the truth. God Bless!

Homeless people know that mosques are the place where they cannot be hurt or kicked out from. They can also be given food, clothes, some money.Muslims are obliged to pay a Zakat annually for charity and it's dependant on the person's annual income. Also Muslims pay Sadaka optionally by any amout and anytime for the poor and the needy. The Muslim is free to donate these givings either by himself or by mosques and charity groups.
And honestly,I don't think that anyone can reply that he'll kick the homeless out from his worship place whatever his religion is.

Actually when we had our Super Bowl party the temperatures where I live dropped below freezing. So the church sent out a bus to bring them into the church so they wouldn't freeze (this is out standard policy) we set up cots, cooked up vast pans of lasagna, opened up the church's laundry room and gym showers (we're attached to a school) and invited them up to the sunday school room for pizza, chicken wings and football. We had about two dozen people in the church and six watching football with us. Help for the homeless is one of our church's big priorities.

If a homeless person who was hungry and tired and dirty showed up on a Sunday morning I'm pretty sure he would be whisked back to the cafeteria for whatever we had for lunch that day while someone got towels for the shower and another person set up a cot in our back room. Whether or not he wanted to pray with us. (I don't know that he'd make it into the sanctuary, the ladies at my church can be very forceful about feeding you if they think you need it ;) )

Probably take him away from the main room while the Muslims are praying but yes feed him and give him clothing and money afterwards because the third pillar of Islam is to give Zakat to the poor. Plus we get good credit by giving to the poor people. And all Muslims want to get to Jinnah when they die. I'm Muslim by the way. And no we wouldn't feed the person just to convert the person either.

In line with islamic teaching,we will welcome a man who appe
ared homless, dirty and hungry into our mosque because Allah the only one God does not judge a muslim from his appearance but from his faith. and his hearth. We will let him to pray in the mosque.
We should help him by giving him a better cloth and feed him after praying.Islam gives lesson to their followers that we should love and help each other..We should give donation or alms to the poor at least 2.50% of our monthly income. He has the right for part of our income.
We should treat him well although at that time we do not have enough money. We do not allow to kick him away.It is not allowed in Islam.

Why would I kick him out? And then knowing what I have done, how could I be able to ask forgiveness from God? Its not a matter of me letting him pray; it is his right. I hope I would help him if I were in that situation. Maybe I wouldn't be the first to step forward but if no one else did, I know I would.

Answer to your 2nd question--Because he is a man. No other motive

I have been that person in my hippie days. I went to a church in Cal. They took me in, fed me, clothed me, and gave me money, even bought me a ticket on a bus to get back home. I have never forgotten these people or the things they did for me. I was lost, they found me, I was hungry, they fed me, I was practically without clothing, they bought me clothes and shoes. I have dedicated my life to Christ and giving back to those the Lord leads me too. Not every one do I serve but there's always a special one the Lord leads me too. May the name of Jesus be lifted up in praise and glory.
I don't have a church, or at least a building I go to to worship. I do believe I am a member of the precious body of Christ.
Jesus is my Lord and I pray he is yours.

IN ISLAM IT IS A OBLIGATION TO HELP THOSE IN NEED...IT WOULD BE SUCH HARRAAM{sinful}TO TURN AWAY SOMEONE IN NEED...it is not an option in Islam to help someone it is commanded to us under the five pillars of Islam...we give zakat{charity}to the poor or too those in need...it would be an insult to Islam if we where to turn away someone that cried out to us for help...no we would not make him pray with us...we would offer to pray for him and say for him the Beloved Al Fatiah which is the first surah of the Holy Quraan and we say it at least 17 times a day just only for our five daily prayers...and nobody can spiritual test us except Allah...humans can test our patience to the contrary

It's not really an uncommon thing these days. We give food and clothes and offer vouchers to a local hotel if the person needs a place to stay. We welcome everyone into our church--yes, even the dirty. We've even had drunk people wander in--a little more difficult to handle--but we still deal with these people with kindness and compassion.

I hope we would except him, but realistically I don't see it happening at my church. Some people would, but not as a whole. I want to, and I know others want to do good but we also are not perfect. We put ourselves above all most of the time.
