Skull base surgery is a speciality. There are experts out there who can remove growths with what - to the patient - appears very easy surgery.
However there are a lot of "bits" in that area that you are still using, so you may have several different doctors involved. Make sure that whoever does your surgery has experience in skull base.

Please see my answer to "Can 4th satge cancer is cureable?" On Webster's site, www.cancertutor.com, there is a lot of info on brain cancer, as well as articles on healthy diets and lifestyles for all cancers. To zero in on anything mentioning brain, you could use Google's Advanced search and type Brain in the search box and www.cancertutor.com in the site/domain box.

Note that brain cancer needs to be treated differently than other cancers due to there not being a lot of room for swelling and fluid accumulation, which happens if too much tumor is killed too quickly. Surgery often spreads cancers, which is why allopathic doctors almost always follow it with chemo and/or radiation in an attempt to kill any cancer "seed" cells that were spread into the bloodstream by the surgery.
