my favorite thing to do with mushroom soup is to make potroast. Add a can of the soup some onions carrots and celery a little water and some black pepper wrap the pan tight with aluminum foil and bake it at 350 for about 2 hours maybe longer depending on the size of the meat. Another good one is green bean casserolle. if your using a 303 can(cambles soup) use about 1.5 lbs of frozen green beans add the can of soup and 1 can of milk and some of the frenches french fried onions mix it all together but it in a baking dish top with more onions and bake for about 30 min at 350 yummy.

You can make a decent beef stroganoff.
You need:
1 reg can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 ounce package of sour cream
1 pound of very lean ground beef (OR)
1 pound of round steak, cut into thin strips
I package off flat noodles (OR)
steamed rice
Brown the beef, (you can add chopped onions, crushed garlic, and ground pepper.) Drain off the grease.
Add the soup and simmer for 20 minutes or so...
Prepare the noodles per the package directions (or cook the rice.) When the noodles are done, add the sour cream to the beef mixture. Add a little more ground pepper, if you like, but the soup is salty, so you shouldn't need to add any of that.
Serve it over the noodles or on top of a helping of streamed rice.
If you like it extra fancy, you can saute some regular mushrooms with the beef...

Try mixing it with half a can of milk and pouring it over a couple of pork chops or steaks. Let it bake on a lower heat until the meat is falling off the bone and serve with mashed potatoes. The meat juices and mushroom soup combine to make a yummy gravy!

Easy Casserole:
1 can mushroom soup
1 container sour cream
4 boneless chicken breasts
8 strips of uncooked bacon
2 cups instant rice (white or brown)
13x9 inch baking pan
mix uncooked instant rice with can of mushroom soup and about a cup of sour cream & add this to the bottom of the 13x9 inch pan. take the uncooked bacon and wrapn 2 pieces around each boneless chicken breast and place these on top of the existing rice mixture. Cook on 350 for about 45 minutes (or until chicken browns on top). Pretty simple dinner - but lots and lots of flavor!

Brown one pound of lean ground with half an onion chopped, 2 finely cloves of garlic. Season with salt and pepper and I like some mrs. dash.
Add in one can of the soup with 1/2 can of milk. Heat through.
While beef is browning cook 1/2 bag of tator tots in the oven(I like the ones with onions).
Place tots in a large casserole dish then top with the beef mixture. Top with shredded cheese and french's fried onions.
Bake for 30 minutes until cooked through.
This is always a big hit.

press a couple of pounds of hamburger in a square baking pan, spread the mushroom soup mix on it evenly, then put tator tots on top of that in rows enough to completely cover soup mix, put in about 350 oven for about an hour, check for doneness on the meat all ovens vary, i cook by smell not time so check that meat is thoroughly cooked. for variation add cheese on top about the last 7 minutes.
