i see this guy daily and am falling for him he is cute, funny ... what do i say to him to get him to notice me ... nothing innapropiate that is wrong to say in a working environment and not hey whats up something past that it is not like i dont talk to him and completly dont know him ... i just want things to go to the next level

It might be a good idea to try a get a group of co-workers, and your prospective interest, to do something together outside of work. He might feel more comfortable and so will you. Other than that, you try the direct approach and just ask him out for coffee or whatever.
