No. Stomach acid as in acid from a human being could not possibly be bought or sold commercially. Chemically it is an acid solution consisting mainly of hydrochloric acid, but you won't find hydrochloric acid lying around in your supermarket - it must be handled with appropriate safety precautions because it is a highly corrosive liquid.

No, if you took stomach acid it would burn your esophagus before hitting your stomach.
You could take ascorbic acid (vitamin C) supplements or drink orange juice if you feel you need the extra acidity, or consult your doctor your symptoms and why you think you need HCl.
