raisens, dried cranberries, whole and or dried pples. Fruit and veggies are best cause they don't affect her size in a bad way and they give you energy. Also try yogart and yogart covered snacks. some stores also have snacks in the salad aisle............ example not cheese an cracker snack with the little red stick, but baby carrots and dip, or celery sticks and penutbutter in the package easy travel food too. One more suggestion it's called "pirate bootie" their natural puffs. I'm in california so they sell them everywhere here but you might need to look at Noah's bagels or your local health food store

You might also want to try rice/corn cakes. They come in flavors now and when it's cheddar or bbq kids forget there eating rice cakes.

biscuits and dip (real dip, take out some and put it into a little container. Not the pre packaged rubbish)
muffins
sushi
slices
carrot, celery
capsicum raw (my daughters favourite)
popcorn
rice or corn cakes with favourite filling
patty cakes
cold meats such as sausage, Strasbourg etc.
yogurts
milk
cheese and sliced cheese (from a block not plastic crap)
celery and salsa
dried fruit

I know you say fussy but some fussy kids will still eat certain foods that others may like. Hope this helps. My son is very fussy and apart from his sandwich at school often only has a banana as his snack but has lately been venturing into other things.
One of his favourite cakes is this
1 cup all bran (bran in sticks) 1 cup of dried fruit, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup self raising flour and 1 cup milk (i use low fat) mix and cook in a loaf tin at 180 C for 1 hr. He LOVES it

I swear my son is anorexic, i have the same problem. I like giving him fruit & veggies with dip, that way hes getting the good with the fat. I also make him cracker sandwiches. Sometimes club crackers with PB & J, sometimes salami and cheese on a ritz. A lot of kids love dry cereal too, don't ask me why, but sometimes just a bag full of Kix will do the trick.

Target's archer farms brand sells these great organic all fruit things like fruit rollups but more of a flat stick. We also sneak things in quesadillas. If she'll eat them with tortillas and cheese, try to sneak in little parts of veggies to develop a taste for them. Also if she likes oatmeal, pancakes, or banana bread, try to sneak in ground flax seed, or whole wheat flour.

yogurt, granola, fruit, peanut butter and crackers, peanut butter and bananas(not really my fav. but other people swear by it) string chesse...all of these are tasty, healthy with just enough "fat" without it feeling like you're inhaling lard or eating air.
