On the 12th day of her heat cycle. To make sure she is ready rub your hand down her back down to her butt if she stands and crocks her tail then she is ready. Timing is going to be a factor here. But good luck to you and I hope things goes well for you . If you need any more insite, just let me know.

If you are going to be breeding her, you should take her into the vet to check her progesterone levels. S/He will tell you ideal time to get the dog to the male. Also make sure your ***** has had her brucellosis test, her OFA test, her CERT, and any other genetic tests that your breeds parent club requires.

Remember, the reason you are breeding the dog is for improvement of the breed. If you are breeding the dog to make fast money, you are doing it for the wrong reasons!!!

Contact someone in your local Boston Terrier Chapter, they will be able to help you with any questions that you may have.

It can be as early as day 5 or as late as day 18 - day 10-12 is average. Look for her to flag (turning her tail to the side) when petted on the rump. Your vet can run progesterone tests to pin point the time.....

The dogs should be together throughout her entire cylcle..Or at least a week, to ensure that she get's pregnant...If you trust the males owners I would either leave her with them for a wk or see if you can get the male for a wk. They should be left together at all times and given plently of "alone time" so that they will be more likely to "hook up". You should also know that they have to become "stuck" for it to work..This should happen many times if they are left together...This is your best option for insuring that she does become pregnant.

you shouldnt because there are enough dogs out there are in need of a home, and bringing a new litter into the world is feeding the overpopulation.
