the us has many more wars and all victorious. some will say nam and korea were not vitorys but nam was based not on land taken but kills vs. deaths and the us killed more VC than VC kill us. the powers at be in the states didnt want the armys to attack a town and hold it and then advance they wanted to go throguh and this was a bad error even though the members of the army new this was a bad idea went with it. so the would control a town and leave it and then the VC would take it back. upon us leaving the communism was controled and democrats back home pulled us out. we won. korea was a two year war and it wasnt a war as much as a conflict. we pushed them up and then the powers at be again thought they new more about war becuase they had a birds eye view fromt heir arm chairs and said dont go any farther, dont cross the 38th paralell. now if they had they would have pushed the communist north out of korea but they werent allowed to and the got pushed back.the stalmate ended and the us accomplished its mission by protecting the south and containing comunism.

The rules of war have changed since the 6 day war. Air supremacy means nothing when the enemy is running from town to town. It doesn't matter what their record was.. because they are outnumbered against an enemy that has no problem strapping explosives to their children.
