You are asking for too much. Most of the companies fall into one of two catagories. The first is a loan consolidator, someone who adds everything that you owe and processes a new loan that includes all of your existing bills into one new loan. But you are still responsibile to make the payments.
The second is a loan negotiator, who contacts all of your creditors and trys to negotiate lower interest rates on your bills. You are still responsible for the management and payment of your bills.
Both types will charge you a fee for doing whatever they do, even if they say that they are non-profit,

There are companies out there that can help you. Just be careful with the Consuer Credit Counselors (CCCS). A lot of times it may have the same affect on your credit report as a bankruptcy. If you do it.. most, if not all of your credit cards will be closed. Also, make sure that all the proposals do go out and are ACCEPTED before continuing. Also, if they are, make sure that the duedates are changed on your credit cards about 10 days after the day that you're paying CCCS to pay the cards to avoid further latefees. I worked in collections and had to fight with CCCS companies all the time.

Check out what options your bank offers. The thing about non-profit consumer credit counselors don't tell you is that all the money they saved you in interest, you can afford to send them a donation for their services. Be careful. If you want to do it your self, you can contact your creditors and negotiate the annual percentage rate and arrange a better payment plan with them; basically, that is what all the credit counselors do for you anyway.
